Common questions.
Do you sell schools, properties, or venues?
No. We assess options. We never sell them. We take no commission, referral fee, or listing fee from anything we assess. You are our only client.
Are you an admissions agent, broker, or event planner?
No. We only give advice. We do not get you a place, buy anything for you, or run your event. If you need a lawyer, a surveyor, or an accountant, we say so and point you to the right person.
What do I actually receive?
A clear report you can act on. It sets out your decision, compares your options, and says what we saw on the ground. It lists the risks, the questions you should still ask, and what we suggest you do next. Five advisors check it, then we talk it through with you.
Where do you operate?
Dehradun, and the Mussoorie, Rishikesh, and Haridwar corridor around it. We only go further into Uttarakhand where we genuinely know the ground.
