LocalLink’s only responsibility is to you. We never earn more because you choose a particular school, neighbourhood, venue, hotel, consultant, or service provider. You pay us for judgment — not for a transaction.

How we are paid
By you, the client, for a defined advisory engagement. That is the entire commercial model. It is deliberately simple because simplicity is what removes the incentive to mislead.
How we handle conflicts
Every recommendation discloses relevant uncertainty, limitations, and any conflicts. LocalBench members declare relationships per assignment and step aside where conflicted. We will advise you against an unsuitable plan even when that reduces the value of the engagement.
