The panel
Five independent lenses on every decision.
The LocalBench is a five-member panel of respected independent advisors. Each represents a different way an important local decision can go wrong — and every final report is reviewed across all five before it reaches you.
Administrative & Public-Systems
A senior public-systems or governance professional. Reviews infrastructure, administrative practicality, regional development, and long-term feasibility.
Legal & Risk
A qualified legal professional with strong regional understanding. Reviews legal, regulatory, and documentation risk. Not a substitute for formal legal representation.
Education
A senior education professional. Reviews school and college fit, academic environment, and institutional considerations.
Travel, Hospitality & Logistics
An experienced local travel and hospitality professional. Reviews seasonal feasibility, routes, venues, accommodation, and contingency.
Corporate & Executive
A senior corporate leader with regional experience. Reviews commercial practicality, executive suitability, and organisational expectations.
Every member signs an independent-advisor agreement, a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, a conflict-of-interest declaration, a data-handling agreement, a professional-conduct policy, and a non-solicitation commitment — including a prohibition on private commercial approaches to LocalLink customers.
For each assignment, members declare any direct or indirect relationship with an evaluated organisation, locality, institution, venue, or vendor. A conflicted member is replaced for that assignment.
Client identity is kept from the panel entirely — no client name or personally identifiable information is ever shared with LocalBench members, so their review stays independent and unbiased. We don’t publish advisor names on this site; after initial discovery, and once we’re working together under a mutual NDA, you’re shown the disciplines and verified credentials of the people who reviewed your case.
