We collect only what an assignment genuinely needs, protect it throughout the process, and give you clear control. Privacy is a core value, not a policy afterthought.
What we collect
Your contact details, the information you choose to share for your decision, any documents you upload, and — if you use it — a voice response you record. Nothing more than the assignment requires.
How voice responses are handled
If you record an answer, it is securely transcribed and turned into a written summary you review and confirm. Our preferred model is to delete the raw audio once you confirm the transcript, unless you expressly ask us to retain it. You are told whether audio is stored, how long, who can access it, and how to request deletion.
Who can access your case
Only the people needed to complete it. LocalBench members review under confidentiality agreements, and individual members do not need to be publicly associated with your case.
Your control
You can review your information, correct it, and request deletion at any time — just email support@locallinkin.com. No traditional password account is required to begin; a secure private link protects your submission.
