What Local Link In does not do
Being clear about what we are not is part of being trustworthy. Local Link In is an independent advisory. We are not a broker, agent, planner, or directory.
We do not sell what we evaluate
- We do not sell or broker schools, properties, venues, hotels, or travel
- We do not act as an admissions agent or promise admission
- We do not plan, contract, or run events
- We do not plan, design, or run weddings, and we book no vendor for you
- We do not register companies, file compliance, or lease commercial space
- We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or listing fees
We are not building (for now)
We are deliberately not building these:
- A public marketplace or directory of consultants
- Property listings, school rankings, or a booking engine
- A general tourism portal or open community forum
- A public AI chatbot or automated recommendations without human review
Where we hand off
Some jobs need a lawyer, a surveyor, a valuer, an accountant, or a doctor. When yours does, we tell you plainly and point you to the right person. We stay inside what we are good at on purpose.
